The Administrative Clinical Leader (ACL) is a nursing leader who serves as a team member resource for clinical expertise and insight, team member mentoring, coaching for problem solving, developing critical thinking skills to facilitate the delivery of quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities

• This leader will value teamwork, open and honest communication, and collaboration in order to provide exceptional patient and family service across both a multi-discipline team and organization.
• In addition to operationalizing the Rochester General Hospital System (RGHS) core values as a role model, this leader will assist the clinical team to anticipate and understand organizational change and innovation.
• The Administrative Clinical Leader (ACL) will support the nursing area across 3 shifts/ 7 days a week.
• The Administrative Clinical Leader (ACL) has the ability to provide all duties within the Rochester General Hospital System (RGHS) Clinician job description.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in Nursing or related field preferred. Consideration given to nurses presently pursuing Bachelors in Nursing.

• 2 years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership qualities and behaviors.

• Strong critical thinking, and communication skills.

Required Licensure/Certification Skills

• Current New York Licensed Registered Nurse .

• Schedule: Full Time
